A small Casablanca agency that knows its properties inside out.
Founded with the aim of offering a closer, more transparent service, Medzaim is dedicated to renting, selling and managing apartments and villas in Casablanca.
The agency does not chase volume. Every property listed has been visited by Medzaim and entrusted directly by its owner.
This approach means knowing each property better, guiding clients better, and following every step more closely.
An agency born on the ground
Medzaim grew out of the commitment of its founder, who is out on the ground and in direct contact with owners and properties.
He is the one who visits the properties and answers you. When a project calls for it, he brings in trusted partners, with the same standard of proximity, availability and transparency.
How we work
- Every property is visited.
- Every property on this site has been visited by Medzaim. If something deserves a mention (noisy street, broken lift, work to plan or any other flaw), it is stated clearly in the listing.
- Prices stated clearly.
- Rent or sale price, charges and deposit are shown in the listing. Fees vary with the property and the situation, but they are always stated before the visit. No unpleasant surprise at signing.
- No payment before the visit.
- Medzaim never asks for an advance to "reserve" a property that has not yet been visited. Any such request made in the agency's name should be treated with caution.
- Documents in order.
- Medzaim takes care of the lease, drafted by a professional in line with the applicable regulations. A photographed inventory is also carried out so that the terms of the rental are clear from the start.
